Your EnergyARM Registration is at the bottom of this page.
As a homeowner, you are concerned about the energy usage in your home, townhome, condominium, multi-family and/or apartment building. You may have rooms or areas that are uncomfortably hot in the summer and/or uncomfortably cold in the winter. You may be concerned about the environment and want to do your part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. You are interested in a professional assessment of what your home needs, or an energy audit is required by the program in which you wish to participate. Perhaps you are just tired of paying high utility bills. In any case, you are faced with the task of locating competent professionals to perform your energy audit, improve your home’s performance and make the best use of your hard-earned dollars.

EnergyARM provides these benefits:
- Attention to detail – All the “normal” headaches associated with home improvement projects are handled for you. EnergyARM handles the communication between all the parties working on your project. The schedule is set and automatic notifications are generated. If something happens to cause a delay, EnergyARM will notify those affected down-stream.
- Quality is assured – each scope of work generated by EnergyARM includes minimum quality standards. The work must be performed to these standards and that level of quality is verified prior to any funds being released for payment of work performed. All general and specialty trade contractors in the EnergyARM network are committed to this level of oversight and quality.
- Post-improvement analysis is performed – Every EnergyARM project includes a “Test-Out” process which results in a new energy usage analysis and HERS Rating report and Energy Performance Label for your newly improved home. You won’t have to guess whether the savings targets have been met, you will know.
