Ken Riead, Hathmore Technologies, LLC Ken has been well known in the fields of energy conservation, renewable energy and environmental practices for over thirty years. He has experience writing state-wide energy codes, creating energy programs, creating and managing utility rebate programs, and writing and delivering college curriculum for energy conservation and renewable energy courses. Ken is the recipient of many energy and environmental awards and recognitions. He is a Senior Certified Energy Manager and Demand-Side Manager and a lifetime member of the Association of Energy Engineers. Ken is a Certified Home Energy Rater, a Certified Sustainable Development Professional and a Certified Energy and Environmental Instructor. Ken has been recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers as a chartered “Legend in Energy”.
Rick Stroder, R. W. Stroder, Inc. Rick has over thirty years experience in areas of corporate operations, strategic planning, facilities development/management, budgeting, property management, real estate sales/marketing, personnel recruiting/training, construction management, cost analysis and administration. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rebuilding Management, LLC and holds a graduate degree in banking. Rick is also a Real Estate Broker and Executive Vice President/Co-Owner of Liberty Homes, Inc., one of the top residential construction companies in the Kansas City area. With this varied and robust background, Rick ensures the needs of the banking, real estate, and residential construction industries are professionally met within the ENERGYARM system.
Rick Westmoreland, RAW Design, Inc. Rick has over thirty years of progressive experience in areas of innovative corporate operations in both the public and private residential construction industry. His emphasis is in strategic planning, value engineering, budgeting, operational management, real estate sales/marketing, personnel recruiting/training, construction management, cost analysis and administration. Rick is President and Owner of Jobsite On Time, Inc. where he developed this award-winning, subscription based, construction industry specific, nationwide, business-to-business networking tool. He is also Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Co-Owner of Rebuilding Management, LLC where he conceptualized and developed a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system that provided Long Term Recovery Organizations the ability to effectively industrialize the rebuilding process of the flood damaged communities of New Orleans following hurricane Katrina. Rick has a robust construction background as President and CEO of Liberty Homes, Inc. serving both new home construction and existing homes weatherization.
Sharla Riead, Hathmore Technologies, LLC Sharla Riead is the Owner and Manager of Hathmore Technologies, LLC. She has strong credentials in systems, business, finance, accounting and energy. Sharla’s energy and environmental experience began with her first energy audit in 1979 and spans years of progression from working as an energy auditor through construction and installation of solar panels to directorships and management of energy conservation and consulting companies. As a Certified Home Energy Rater, Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist, she works closely with builders and developers, educating them in energy efficient construction techniques and supporting their efforts to build to many national energy and environmental program standards. As a RESNET Accredited QA and Training Provider and BPI Affiliate, Sharla supports other Home Energy Raters, Building Analysts and Energy Auditors in their endeavors. She has held positions of significant influence including CFO of WideBand Corporation and Manager of Vendor Relations for Sprint. She has chaired several industry boards and worked in Washington, DC as a lead examiner for the President’s quality award under William J. Clinton and George W. Bush. Sharla has spoken at conferences, tradeshows and forums and has trained several thousand people in the areas of energy and the environment. As Director of the Missouri Community Solar Workshop Program, through neighborhood organization speaking engagements, and in working with the Metropolitan Energy Center’s Weatherization Workshops programs, Sharla has also trained hundreds of participants in do-it-yourself energy conservation techniques including leading 2-day workshops in which participants build and learn to install their own hot-water solar systems. She currently trains students to hold national certifications in the fields of energy and the environment through Hathmore’s training arm, Accurate Rater Network.
