Description: This course trains contractors and students on how to become certified BPI Building Analysts and prepares them for the BPI national written and field exam. This course complies with requirements for the Home Star program. It is expected that students have some familiarity with home comfort diagnostics, residential construction and/or HVAC systems. This course is for energy auditors, remodelers, builders, insulators, HVAC contractors, housing inspectors and all residential contractors. Others are welcome to attend, but it is recommended they do some studying in these fields prior to coming to training class. Study materials will be sent when course registration is received.
