Description: This course is for contractors as well as building professionals and complies with the Home Star program. Attendees learn how to become certified BPI Building Analysts and prepare for the BPI national written and field exam. It is expected that students have some familiarity with home comfort diagnostics, residential construction and/or HVAC systems. This course is for energy auditors, remodelers, builders, insulators, HVAC contractors, housing inspectors and all residential contractors. Others are welcome to attend, but it is recommended they do some studying in these fields prior to coming to training class. Study materials will be sent when course registration is received.
